Spare a negative thought

In this article, the author advises caution in relation to high powered personal development courses, which he believes can confuse realism with negative thinking. Self esteem and positive thinking are valuable, but must be combined with common sense. It is no good developing drive and energy without directing them to realistic, achievable goals.
