Building dynamic learning communities: ten regional case studies

This document is a report on the second phase of a four year longitudinal study, ‘Managing change through VET: the role of vocational education and training in regional Australia’ (TD/TAS 61.01). The report is presented as a set of ten individual site case studies. Following the case studies is a final chapter that synthesises the issues from the ten cases into a coherent set of statements summarising the outcomes of the research conducted in 2000.
