In this paper Brian Stanford, Director of Adelaide Institute of TAFE overviews the workplace and training reform occurring as a result of changing technology and globalisation. The impact of technology on both teachers and learners is discussed, with Stanford describing cooperative programs between Adelaide Institute of TAFE, Kapiolani College in Hawaii and Rio Salado College in Arizona.
