Learning in industry: who's doing the night shift?

This article highlights what the Onkaparinga Institute of TAFE is achieving by working with industry, both large and small businesses, to design work-based learning programs tailored for their employees. The benefits of customised training to industry, employees and the Institute are discussed. Case studies are provided of the different learning programs and the processes staff follow to ensure their programs are focused and relevant.
