This article provides an insight into the work that two learning support lecturers at Douglas Mawson Institute of TAFE, Port Adelaide Campus have been involved in. Chaye Oliver and Marilynn Willis have been working on how people learn and how people use the multiple pathways of the senses and the diversity in people’s learning styles to help others learn. Oliver and Willis are both accredited 4Mat facilitators and briefly discuss the 4Mat learning system in this article.
