Discovering the keys

'Discovering the keys' is a project designed to help workplace trainers come to grips with the key competencies. The project involved consulting fourteen companies across the processing manufacturing sector. Products developed to respond to identified needs included: a glossy brochure to provide information and awareness raising about the key competencies for human resource managers; a pocket guide to the key competencies; and the 'Discover the keys' professional development package.
