CELTAs

CELTAs are contracted entry level training agencies. The basic objective of CELTAs is to increase the number of trainees and apprentices in the workforce. CELTAs will act as a 'one-stop shop' where all the administrative, promotion, and supervisory functions associated with apprentices and trainees are housed.
