Management guidelines for learning materials development projects: policies and procedures for a systematic approach to the planning and development of learning materials

These guidelines are the result of a project by the Learning Systems and Resources Executive Committee (LSREC). The guidelines aim to improve the efficiency of the development of learning materials in SA DETAFE. This manual is divided into the process of learning materials development, namely initial proposal, project specification, development and implementation. Each section includes key points, references and examples from case studies. At the end of each section a selection of exemplars and forms is provided.
