Valuing women: new approaches to/for the training reform agenda

This article presents a summary of the research methods and early outcomes of `Women, Work and Training: the Training Reform Agenda', a DEET funded project (376.65 POC). The aim of the project is to develop an education and training program for women in feminised industries and occupations in order to assist them to gain an understanding of the National Training Reform Agenda and its potential for women workers. Also detailed in the article is a preliminary sketch of ideas about an educative strategy for women workers about the National Training Reform Agenda.
