Open Learning Unit Port Adelaide Campus: flexibility in operations

This article provides a brief introduction to the Open Learning Unit located at Port Adelaide Campus of Regency Institute of TAFE. The Unit was established to provide an infrastructure to support the planning, development and implementation of flexible delivery systems at the Campus. The author discusses the following: matrix management model, staffing mix, activities of the unit in 1994, and planning for success.
