Progress of the transfer of nurse education to the higher education sector in South Australia

This paper provides some background to the decision to make the transfer of nurse education to the higher education sector in South Australia. The original plan and subsequent refinements are discussed, along with the progress up to 1990. In addition the paper discusses the Nursing Capital Program and includes a brief description of each major project and the status of that project.
