2003-2004 public provider user choice agreement for the delivery of publicly funded training to apprentices and trainees in Queensland TAFE Institutes and Agricultural Colleges

This user choice program refers to the policies and funding mechanisms for apprenticeship and traineeship training implemented by the Queensland Department of Employment and Training (DET) within the context of the national user choice policy which was first endorsed in 1997. This program should be read in conjunction with 'Public provider 2003-2004 user choice agreement: reference guide' (indexed at TD/QLD 77.11).
