Vocational training access project: summary report

This report identifies barriers to participation in vocational education and training programs encountered by disadvantaged groups: Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, people with a disability, people from rural and remote communities, and people from non-English speaking backgrounds. The focus of this report is on the devising strategies to overcome these barriers and it includes models to evaluate the effectiveness of these strategies in improving the levels of training participation and outcomes.
