In developing the Framework the Authority wishes to ensure that individuals have access to national qualifications in many learning environments. It is important that equal value is given to qualifications no matter where training or education is received. To this end the Authority has developed policies and guidelines for assessment and delivery of units within provider environments including polytechnics, colleges of education, schools, private training establishments, government training establishments and wananga.
