Future: Joondalup style

Over the last few centuries, most education and training operated on the principle that 'one size fits all'. In today's rapidly changing work environment such an approach leaves much to be desired. Many educationalists have recognised that current systems do not do enough to foster the ability of students to adapt to an unknown future; they do not produce a student-centred environment that is conducive to producing self-directed learners, but rather provide a teacher-centred approach that assumes all students learn in the same way.
