Removing limits to learning

In 1979 the Club of Rome, a futures think tank, published a report on the future of education. It distinguished between two forms of learning: maintenance and innovative. Only if learning is innovative is it also unlimited. It is innovative if it is built on two key attributes: participation and anticipation.
