This plan sets out the strategic directions and priorities of the utilities and electrotechnology industries in New South Wales (NSW) for vocational education and training (VET) over the three years 2001-2003. The contents of the plan include: an overview of the electrotechnology, gas, electricity and water industries; skill shortages in these industries; industry visions; skill needs for 2001; industry training advice for 2001 to meet NSW VET priorities; and annual national priorities.
