Vocational education and training plan 2001-2003

This plan sets out the strategic directions and priorities of the manufacturing, engineering and related service industries, such as aeroskills, in New South Wales (NSW) for vocational education and training (VET) over the three years 2001-2003. The contents of the plan include: industry vision; strategic directions; and an industry profile. Also included are industry VET recommendations for solving skill shortages, encouraging the employment of apprentices and trainees, promoting the industry and addressing rural and regional concerns.
