Do our leaders dream of teacherless education?

In this article the author argues that the growth of new technologies will not bring the benefits to society and education that many claim. Further he argues that this new technology, and the increasing use of online delivery with the opportunities for automation that this brings, will lead to a decrease in the role of teachers or to teacherless education.
