Open door teaching: the impact of 'working together' on vocational education and training

This research project looked at the impact of the staff development and training package, 'Working together', on vocational staff throughout the Riverina. Staff and students took part in focus group discussions and the qualitative data obtained was analysed, generalisations made and conclusions drawn. From the information obtained it is thought that 'Working together' is more than just a training program. 'Working together' is an instrument which can assist in bringing about a cultural change within the vocational education and training sector.
