As part of their rehabilitation program, some injured workers undertake vocational retraining to prepare them for employment as CAD operators. This study investigated the experiences and expectations of injured workers and employers in this field, with a view to identifying training issues which may be addressed as part of the client's rehabilitation program. The number of responses to the surveys conducted was small, which limits generalisation from the results. However, the responses support issues raised in the literature.
