The Open Training and Education Network (OTEN) uses interactive satellite transmission to deliver vocational training direct to the workplace. This delivery method enables unlimited numbers of employees to watch and participate in the programs but only those who have enrolled receive the supporting print materials and are eligible for assessment and TAFE NSW accreditation.
