Esprit training initiative

Esprit Australia, in conjunction with the Holmesglen Institute of TAFE, is implementing an Australian Vocational Training System (AVTS) retail training program for all staff. The accredited course is being delivered in each store by store managers who are TAFE trained. Delivery modes include work-based training, distance education, self-paced learning, recognition of prior learning, flexible entry and exit points and articulation with relevant TAFE and other tertiary courses.
