VOCED is the Vocational Education and Training Database managed by Australia's national vocational education and training research and development organisation, the National Centre for Vocational Education Research (NCVER). VOCED has the following objectives: (1) to provide greater access to national and international vocational education and training (VET) information; (2) to encourage new initiatives in VET; (3) to provide avenues for material produced by TAFE and training staff to be disseminated on a national and international basis; (4) to prevent the duplication of research and other initiatives, thus reducing wastage of resources.
