Satellite education and training in the NSW TAFE Commission: a report on the activities of the Open Training and Education Network's Satellite Education Service during 1992/1993

This paper describes the current activities of the Open Training and Education Network (OTEN) in the field of narrowcast satellite delivery of education and training. The activities fall into two broad areas: programs developed for delivery over NSW TAFE's own network of satellite earthstations, and programs developed for the commercial 'Direct Broadcast Network'.
