Review of the WA training sector: positioning the training sector for excellence

This review was undertaken to identify opportunities for making the training system a more effective vehicle for improving the economic and social outcomes for the Western Australian (WA) community. It involved consultation with relevant stakeholders and carried out research and analysis into the structure of the TAFE network, the role and responsibilities of the WA Department of Training in providing services to the colleges, and into issues which impact on the public training provider network.
