Victoria: education for excellence: a ministerial statement on education and training

This statement by the Minister for Education and Training looks at the key priorities for the next decade to consolidate and build on changes which took place in primary and secondary schools. The most significant of these changes were the increase in numbers of students completing year 12, the complementary development of the Victorian Certificate of Education and the reorganisation of schools in districts to provide comprehensive curriculum in schools.
