Future trend of occupational certification system in Chinese Taipei economy

Occupational certification system (OCS) is considered an important area for promotion in the Chinese Taipei economy. This paper briefly covers OCS's current condition in a range of countries. It looks briefly at problems and offers recommendations for the Chinese Taipei economy. It summarises information gathered from a literature review, group discussion, expert seminars and advisory meetings.
