This paper addresses the challenge of keeping cooperative education programs current with education trends. Reviewing current literature and collecting information about unique programs using cooperative education procedures, serve as a basis for the suggested strategies in this study. Information about incorporating education trends into existing programs is included. This information is intended to be of use to planners, curriculum specialists, teacher-coordinators and administrators who are interested in providing field experiences to all students.
