Banking education and training in Hong Kong: a profile and its challenges in the 21st century

This paper presents a profile of banking education and training practices in the banking sector in Hong Kong. A range of aspects, such as investment, the methods of identifying needs, aspects in which training was required, incentives, the training provided to staff from and to China, the difficulties and future challenges, are covered.
