The National Observatory Network was established by the European Training Foundation (ETF), an agency of the European Union which works in the field of vocational education and training (VET) in Central and Eastern Europe, the New Independent States and Mongolia. The National Observatory Network was set up in close cooperation with the authorities of the partner countries in order to provide accurate, up-to-date information, including statistics, on VET systems and current reform efforts.
