He emphasises that processes should be implemented that encourage people to think about what they want out of life, their ideals and their dreams and to consider whether or not they are working towards them. He also discusses his long-term aim to develop a model that encourages people to become increasingly involved with their learning and development path and encourage them to assess themselves.
