General situations of vocational higher schools and some proposals in order to increase the education quality

The general situation of vocational high schools was investigated. Areas such as number of lecturers, number of students, the profile of the student body and the influence of industry were taken into account. Suggestions for the manpower requirements and directions for improving the quality of the education are offered.
