Cooperation and communication between the educators and business management that can make the graduates more employable is important feedback in terms of the improvement of the programs offered in educational institutions. The aim of this study is to identify what is understood from the word coordination, how the coordination principles are evaluated by both sides, and what the evaluations mean in terms of positive or negative levels. Some suggestions for achieving a more efficient coordination are offered.
