Supporting of the vocational education development by industries and model of training simulator for process technologies

The TEGEV Foundation organises several companies to work together by supplying financial and directional support for the education of personnel. With the support of the companies the Training Simulator for Process Technologies has been created and is presented as a good example of the shifting of the training supplied by chemical industry plants to the vocational schools. The simulator allows students to be trained with the advanced system that is used in the chemical industry, and the increased manpower efficiency that this produces benefits the whole industry.
