SoTeKeKo: a multi-professional project in Vantaa, Finland: new working models for social and health care professionals and educators

This project proposed a challenging and innovative way of planning and implementing the provision of social and health care education and training. It started with an awareness of the local community needs. Over the course of the project the multi-professional dialogue has been spreading to new organisations and between new professional and student groups. Multi-professional teamwork will be the central method for future collaboration in the partnership organisations especially when planning new services.
