This study was meant to determine the career maturity of vocational high school students. The scale of career maturity was first designed according to related literature. It was then tested and evaluated. Item analysis and factor analyses were the next step. Finally a system model of career maturity was established. This was applied to vocational high school students to determine their career maturity as well as the underlying causes. The article ends with a list of suggestions for students, schools, parents and educational administrators.
