MESS Education Foundation's agenda and vision for year 2000 in Turkey

This paper looks briefly at the business, technology and training trends for the next decade in Turkey through the eyes of MESS (Turkish Employers' Association of Metal Industries) Education Foundation. An agenda for the year 2000 is outlined. The role of MESS as an innovative force in the reorganisation of functions to provide high performance training in industry by improving workplace learning is highlighted.
