Total quality management based instructional and evaluation strategies for the vocational technical education - an example for computer numerical control course

The purpose of this study was to validate the analysis and design processes so the customers' needs, course objectives, course outlines, instruction and evaluation strategies could be determined. A computer numerical course was selected and an action research method and survey were used to collect data. The research data was analysed and conclusions are offered.
