Vocational training for the unemployed and out future tasks

Directions are suggested for vocational training within Korea’s present climate of high unemployment. This abstract describes a study that analyses existing vocational training for the unemployed and the relationship between vocational training and employment security. It attempts to forecast future trends in the labour market and to define the relationship between career development of the unemployed and vocational training.
