The researchers reviewed general factors related to evaluation and examined current status by institutional type. This abstract describes a study that is intended to propose methods to evaluate vocational education and training (VET) institutions in order to facilitate productive competition in the VET market. It does not actually evaluate institutions as it is the first study which reviews the VET institutions and proposes evaluation. It compares various types of institutions to identify each type’s characteristics. The study proposes a unified evaluation system and topics for further study.
