The purpose of this study was to determine the current and desired mechanism of curriculum monitoring within the technical and vocational education (TVE) sector as perceived by various stakeholders - administrators, teacher-trainers, curriculum designers, local industries and school personnel. This study reveals that the current mechanism is perceived as being more bureaucratic where the central office plays a dominant role. The desired mechanism calls for administrators, school personnel and local industries to collaborate in the conduct of this process.
