The interregional seminar on Reintegration of conflict-affected groups through skills training and employment promotion was organised by the ILO Action Programme on Skills and Entrepreneurship Training for Countries Emerging from Armed Conflict in co-operation with the ILO International Training Centre, Turin. It took place from 7 to 11 November 1997 in Turin, Italy, in accordance with the decision of the ILO Governing Body at its 269th session.
