Sauvegarde des competences professionnelles et ajustement structural: le cas de la Guinee

The text is written only in French. The author attempts to determine the relative effectiveness of training programmes in Guinea, and their 'passive' (for income) or 'active' (for professional development) orientation. It is not a question of making a total assessment, but of analysing from representative examples the links between training and employment. The political context is favourable at this time as the government has, for some years, been trying to restore national competencies though initial and continuous training.
