Employers' Equal Opportunities Groups (EEOGs) refer to groups of employers which meet regularly on a self-help basis to support the development and promotion of equal opportunities in employment. The brief for the Department of Education specified research into the identification and promotion of good employment practice in respect of ethnic minorities which resulted from EEOGs' work, and good practice in setting up and running such groups.
