A professional development implementation strategy for the adult literacy, English as a second language and numeracy fields: project report

This report is the outcome of a national project funded by the Department of Employment, Education, Training and Youth Affairs (DEETYA) under its Australian Language and Literacy Policy program, with the express purpose of fostering professional development in the adult literacy, English as a second language and numeracy (AELLN) fields in the context of implementing the National Collaborative Adult English Language and Literacy Strategy (NCAELLS). It incorporates an Implementation Strategy for AELLN professional development in the adult literacy, English as a second language and numeracy fields, intended for separate and widespread distribution.
