Independent review of the Community Development Employment Projects (CDEP) scheme

The Community Development Employment Projects (CDEP) scheme has been in operation for twenty years and in that time anecdotal evidence suggests that it has been effective in providing community based employment for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, particularly those in remote areas.
