Technical studies: position papers and reports of educators and sectoral representatives

The four books comprising the entire report of the Commission on Education (EDCOM) are the product of a twelve month intensive study of the state of education and training in the Philippines. Book four comprises selected technical papers by academics, professionals and field managers who participated actively in EDCOM consultations as well as thoughtful discourses from EDCOM resource persons and consultants. Their themes intersect in many parts of this four-part report and form the fabric of the official EDCOM report.
