Labour law of the Islamic Republic of Iran

This law has replaced, since 1990, the former labour law of 1958. It covers employment contract, working conditions, technical protection and occupational health, training and employment, workers' and employers' organisations, collective bargaining and agreements, workers' welfare services, settlement of disputes, Supreme Labour Council, and offences and penalties.
