The Training for Rural Gainful Activities (TRUGA) project: an evaluation of women’s participation and benefits

This is an evaluative study of the TRUGA project and methodology as regards women’s participation and benefits. The objectives of the study were to: review the operation of the TRUGA project in Nepal; evaluate TRUGA as a training methodology; assess the effects of TRUGA project activities on women; and analyse the nature of project investment and the case of women’s benefits.
